This video shows the device from boot until the engine shuts off, when the engine shuts off the device goes into low power mode. During low power mode the device monitors for accelerations. If an acceleration is sensed the device powers back up to check the RPM status, if the ignition is on the device will resume logging.

This video shows the device being moved on each axis while the device is logging. You can compare the video to the output files and see when the device is being moved and the corresponding data values changing.

Because the SD module appends to open file handles much faster than it creates, opens, writes to, and closes files, all of the images are stored in one large text file. To turn this file into images we use a web application for post processing shown here.
